All our processes are firmly centred around our customers, so that we deliver something that really works and complements the rest of your organisation’s communications perfectly.

From the very outset, we gain a deep understanding of your organisation and what you want to achieve from your digital solution.  This attention to detail is continued throughout the whole project, with all team members becoming intimate with your objectives and organisation as a whole.

You’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will make sure your project stays on time and within budget, but you’ll still have access to the rest of the team if you need to speak to someone else. We'll also provide hands-on training so that you can take complete control of your solution from the outset.

Once your solution goes live, you’ll then have a Helpdesk and your own Account Manager to provide all the ongoing support that you need.  We’ll be as proactive as you want us to be. We want your solution to work and will always go the extra mile to make this happen.

And regarding payment for your solution, we always make sure we meet your expectations first, only then do we ask for payment, so you won't have to pay a penny up front. We even offer a variety of funding options for those customers who want to spread the cost of their Imaginet solution.
